The Curriculum for Central Planning and Central Control

I see very strongly that students are very much indoctrinated to central planning and central control in the thinking. So it's very important to figure out what curriculum would actually be. For students not just on a faster level, but already on a level. What would the curriculum look like? And actually I have done a little bit with myself with the blocks project. We just typed in blocks, N-L-C-K-S, Erasmus. We'll find the link.
