I'm fascinated by the way we, I think every doctor will have had patients who you just feel that with really, really, really end of the road cases where some clinicians say, let's just try one more thing. Inevitably, we're all going to get something. And therefore, the healthcare system needs to be aware of that and needs to be preparing for that. The whole multi-morbidity agenda that every GP struggles with and hospitals particularly struggle with is a result of great success.
