Do You Think That Market Rate Housing Can Help Fix the Supply Side Issue?
I want to focus mostly on the supply an the demand side. So in terms of the big three that you mentioned, housing policy consists of helping out with the supply problem. There's policy that tries to address why we don't have enough housing. And there's policy that addresses a demand people who can't necessarily afford housing. I think the most interesting conversations are about how we build the supply and how we subsidize demand.
