Nikki Haley vs Tim Scott

There are five candidates that have announced Larry Elder Nikki Haley, Asia Hutchinson, Vivek Ramashwami and Donald Trump currently as we record this on May 2nd. The candidate with the smallest with the shortest amount of days is Asia Hutchinson. We don't want to reward picking anybody that's not going to announce. So I would say we can pick anybody that has either has or has not announced, but if they do not announce, then it has to be an immediate, you know, like 200 day penalty for them.
