When we are successful, is it down to skill or luck? All too often, we’re inclined to believe the former of ourselves and other people with extremely negative consequences. She’s a doctoral researcher at University College London and a behavioural science researcher in the Inclusion Initiative of the London School of Economics that explores how we can make workplaces more inclusive using Behavioural Science
