I think just in general adult learners learn by doing. So whether it's something that's tactical like this or it is a training that you're taking based on a particular skill like you learn by do. I mean some of the feedback that we get from our clients based on things that we've delivered like that the positive reinforcement around thank you for giving us tactics to put into play because they don't learn otherwise and make connection.
