The Differences Between Acute and Short Intervals

In the first studies I think we actually instructed them to go to to give everything. But in practical when I'm talking to athletes and coaches, I'm actually not recommending that. Okay, yeah, no that's good. And let me see here. When we then look at the research around these different types of intervals if we start with the acute responses and especially the time near VO to max. How do they compare? Well, it seems like maybe the short intervals could be slightly better than than this fast start and with the variable intensities. But, but not a big and not a very big difference so so so he thinks it's probably smart to have a variation around that topic.
