Amir and Kevin Zenny - The Real Estate Guy
Amir was an Israeli businessman who'd built a real estate company in New Jersey that managed over 300 million dollars in multifamily properties. Through his four kids, he'd learned about collab houses and decided he wanted to get in on the action. Another guy, a videographer named Kevin Zenny, also got pulled into Amir's operation around this time. Both of them would receive an allowance for food and get to live in a nice West Hollywood apartment rent free.
