This is a deeply human thing to do, but you're doing it during sweeps on an immensely popular t v show. Nobody can eat a thousand calories a day for the rest of their life. Like this was never going to work for her in the long term. It's just awful to think about going through the sort of extremely normal cycle of like a crash diet, feeling good and then loathing yourself as you gain the weight back.
