The Learning Elements That Make a Process Efficient Workflow
Initially we were taking much heavier of a learning approach to solving this problem so like your typical kind of training and educational approaches to solving a problem. We explored that space a lot and what we found was number one a lot of things out there are super generic and hard to apply to people's day to day jobs. Number two nobody ever set the side time for learning in fact in most companies you know this is like nice to have especially when the economy heads in the direction that it's heading. So we've taken more of a harsh pivot into kind of documentation with subtle hints of learning elements incorporated because we don't think about it that way.
