Is There a Good Form of Ambition?
Good ambition is more of a poll strategy that is like, this organization needs me. You have to have that sense of mission and purpose in order for you to even have access to that form of ambition. And maybe it's incumbent on your manager to help you dig for some of that. It may be that you don't know that. But you should also know that in that way, your manager read me will be deficient.
