Brad: Big mistake, I think, Hamish should be not running with pain. Really, the only time we need to absolutely stop running is if we suspect bone stress for everything else. We need to find that window of appropriate load-in. If you do too much, it's going to flare. If you don't do enough, it'll be problematic as well because you're going to be deconditioning both fitness-wise and at a tissue level.
