When you look at periods in your life where you feel like you are in the zone, ah, however youud define that, what are some of the daily or weekly practices that you that you spot? When you look back at these sweet spots when you've just really been performing and feeling performing well and feeling good. Are there any particular daily, weekly practices, morning habits: Whatever comes to mind that the ity is consistent? Well, i do have a sitting meditation practice, sometimes quite brief, but i do it when i first get up in the morninga And er in later life, i've really gotten into swimming. I mean, that's my favorite physical activity at the moment
