We have generally found that, if we hire someone who is a physics PhD or something that they can learn ML and contribute just very, very quickly in most cases. And now there's, I don't know how many of these, except we might be 30 or 40 of them here. It's not like we caused them to do it when they had no interest previously, but again, you're kind of binning things up.
