Keeping Things Simple Is Really Important
The simplicity aspect we still use today are, like you said, our model is crazy. It has been built off our own stuff, everything for over 15 years. That's not where we decide if we're going to do a deal or anything else like that. And so it does take time, but you just need to stay focused. The greatest thing about real estate and the worst thing about real Estate is you can fail or succeed in a million different ways. 100%.
