Can Builders Really Build Starter Homes?
The New York Times has a really good article and they had one on this topic, which the title was something along the lines of how builders can't really build starter homes anymore. And I did that in a recent article just looking at some of the restraints on that. Well, of course, some people want big houses and there's more demand for big houses than there used to be because of the easy money. But on the other hand, there's also people with more modest incomes who would be quite pleased to build or to buy a fairly small three bedroom house out west.
