The Secret Sauce of Highly Disciplined People
A lot of it is really just an emotional component of a project. The real thing is everybody falls off the wagon, even super extremely disciplined people. When you really love something, it actually doesn't feel like work. So, I think when you are really into something, when you're intrinsically really motivated and interested and loved the thing, it's going to look like extreme self-discipline to other people.
