Running DataCated - The Longest Day

Stoke: I have a lot of running adventures planned for this year. The Longest Day is going to happen in June during the summer solstice where I'm going to run from sunset to sunset. Stoke: Next month is the 100 miles of silence where I'll run without AirPods. So it's like running back in the 70s or 90s? Kate: Yeah, definitely trying to have more fun this year.
