Our self awareness, or our psyche, broadley has layers to it o and were aware of many of those layers. Some people repress whatever that material is n they say, push that outside of my awareness. Other people go into extreme over monitoring and anxiety and self consciousness about the issue. And then there are probably a hundred other coping mechanisms, but those are too big categories of them. We typically have to get through that self consciousness problem to get to a point of true self awareness of an issue.
