Kushman: I love seeing bad landscaping. That's a really good sign. When you go driving for dollars, you're looking for an overgrown yard. You're looking for mosque or one on the roof because that's a sign that whoever owns it is not paying attention to it. So what you're describing is these are what I look for. These are very small signs that are easy to fix, but they're indicative of the fact that the owner is not paying Attention and is likely to sell it for less.
