Boris Johnson probably didn't even know that Kiev was the capital of Ukraine until the war began. He's using the situation as he always does to leverage an advantage for his career. Boris Johnson is interested in Boris Johnson and nothing else let alone the Ukrainians. The British conservative party have played a role in all of this, aligning themselves with the more gung ho elements in the Baltic countries and in Poland. Washington are the real puppet masters here. That's very clear.
