Britney: I just use a timer. And often i set those timers for forty five minutes instead of 25. Although i like the idea of this glass with the beads. Ause, it's an extra thing to track, but it's helpful for some folks. There's also the buddy system. Some people find those really useful. It's not for everybody. But there is that accountability,. you know, that you have to show up and for the appointment in order, and that’s enough for you to do the work. The skills that you need to focus yourself are very different than the skills thatyou need to be motivated to do work in an office environment.
