The Power of Listening

In more consultative roles, an introverts strengths are being played to. I think people like to talk unless they're way at the end of the introvert scale. And it's also my crutch because I don't have to be doing the talking if you're doing the talking and that's like a trifecta for someone who's willing to ask and then also willing to listen. But when you are so willing to listen and you put yourself in position to listen more often,  I think you find yourself in place to recognize actionable triggers That will then put you in a position to make that recommendation when you need to.
