The Minnesota General Strike
10,000 men walked off the job at 10 a.m. on December 3rd in Minneapolis and St. Paul. A general in the Minnesota home guard revealed martial law might have to be declared if all those men struck. The walkout lasted four hours with no violence. It turned out it was just a bunch of union guys talking union stuff.
