The Importance of Staying in the Same Room
I think the environment, everyone being in the same room, that had not always a hugely positive impact on people's trading and their creativity. Rich wanted some creativity from the group and I don't think he got very much creativity and new ideas. So it could have changed a bit going through the tough periods with those guys. That would have helped everyone. It's so much fun to be in Tampa with the lightning and the rays and the Buccaneers. Will your football team get another one this year? Tampa is really having some good fortune. And at some point I felt like you had to make a choice between Brady and Belichick and I chose Belichick.
