The Best Idea Wins
The ethos for me was just like, it needs to be a TV show. Like you have to look at it and think you're just watching TV. The chairs are on the wall. There's no separation. What makes an ESPN show feel like a studio or a real show is the desk. A desk and depth and yeah. So all these little things, right? But when it comes to the ideas, you know, Mark had these great ideas and it's like, okay, that idea is better than every idea that wins. For me, it's not democracy meaning every idea gets voted the same, but the best idea wins. I believe in this as an ethos."
