Is There a Way to Help a Wife Respond to a Betrayal Trama?
Some people are experiencing betrayal trama, but don't have the name for it. It's like their responding to that hurt withot knowing exactly the depth of their hurt. In my view, you'r having these feelings because they're an honest reaction to your mistreatment. They're trying to signal to you that this is not a good place for you to be. The goal is other people who are able to help you wake up to what is true about you in the relationship. But it always helps you move forward into your own clarity and strength,. Not into a legitimized, powerless position. That does not help people get strong.
