How to Build a Muscle Building Diet

If we start talking about eating for muscle building itself, then we have to start looking at macros. There's two numbers that I need to know when I'm building out your diet. Your BMR is your basal metabolic rate and your TDE is your total daily expenditure. The calculation I use is called the Mifflin St. Jour. It's permanently most accurate.
