It's interesting that you have to shift your perspective a little because I do remember on the podcast that you have with Paul, Paul Jarvis, you were talking about staying in the job you like and not promoting yourself out of your job. That was my view before. I care more about our customers being happy and we have awesome customers. If we can make our customers happier and we get more people away from Google and we can fill in those gaps, so people say, I really want this feature. To do that means that I need to take a management role. My top priority is a customer. And thank you for pointing out how it's changed because that's very interesting to me as well
