i like to have a lot ant once i do not do well with what you call the restraint eating approach. There are so many people that that works better for exactly yet i am not one of them either. But yes, the slow transition would definitely be something to try. And horhay says, i am a forty three year old guy living in new york city. It took me a couple of months to go through all the episodes, and now that i am up to date, it seems like an eternity for me, having to wait for a week or more to listen to guys again.
