The Nature of Law School
There is a self-selection process. People who have some of these traits already self-select when they choose law school. Most personality traits are more genetic, which means if you find lawyers with those traits in practice, they didn't become that way because the practice made them that way. They're biologically based. About 75% of the trait is contributed by our genetics and about 25% by our social environment and learning.
