The Power of Habit
The power of habit is the ability to build habits that allow your mind to be able to relax. Building in habits like keeping stuff out of your head, emptying your end basket and making next action decisions about things when they're on your mind are real keystone habits. Esybets: I think the biggest addiction to the human psyche is probably the fear of being out of control. So everybody thinks all here if it's a very ineffective way to do that.
