Rafferty has made sweeping changes at the club in a very short space of time. I don't feel, personally, that the attitude on the terraces towards benetas is necessarily contributed towards the result. They've gone from being a club which buying large nogs, give a manager a chance, just tot sacken him at the first either sign of discontent or problems on the pitch.
