Do Not Record a Synchronous Conversation in a Legal Environment
Do not record anything in a legal environment where A, you are not present. Not only is it illegal, but it's very definitely inadmissible in any kind of proceedings that happens afterwards. So for the love of Christ, anything that's written down, save it. For foreign conversations and other digital conversations, a lot of places in the US, this changes from place to place. And if we ever managed to push this up the chain, we'd fucking hit you with a big stick. You don't want to do that. Right.
