After George Floyd, we saw a lot of organizations get into the DEI space. We saw companies like ours that were focused from the beginning on how do we help create real measurement benchmarking data around equity inclusion and belonging? I think what we see is that DEI has become very politicized, but that is not what we see when we talk around to HR and DEI leaders.
