Is the Federal Government Directly Funding State and Local Governments?

Over 150 counties across the nation have passed on a resolution opposing 30 by 30. It's really important because the Biden administration is selling this program as being locally driven volunteer and locally driven. And yet they're not working with the local people. They're working with the environmentalists who want to help them accomplish their agenda, but they're notworking with people.
