Judge Bomate, What Do You Think About a Downsizing?

patrick boomate of the ninth circuit. How do you think about when to descent, when it's appropriate? What goes into that? That's a great question. i realize i don't want to be implicit in anything i just disagree with and i think it's a wrong statementof law. So if there's any time that in the majority opinion either does an analysis i disagreewith, i'll go aheadand write a concurrence saying, i agree with the judgment, but i have a different analysis the judgment. If the majority gets a different the wrong outcome, i'm happy a dissent.
