The Reds Are Whiter That Way
When you start a conversation with ative with a yellow, you are dulling their sparkle. This can be the strongest guy. It doesn't matter. They're whiter that way. And it isgngto you can see in their eyes, just which is exactly what you saw with this person. For the reds, as we want to speak logically, be direct, promote their intelligence and include them in the decision making. Definitely stay away from lecturing them being too emotional, too authoritative. We never embarrass a red in front of their piers,. Not in front of workmates, not in front of the kids at school. That is the worst thing you can do
