As the c f p, i'm looking at every tax return before they actually get filed. And i've found several opportunities this year by just reviewing. We practise those through on boarding process with clients to try to give them an idea of target ranges that you need to be hittin,. and i think that makes us unique too as cause only we're able to bench mark. Do you know how powerful that is? If i can bench mark 50 gems and say, you're in the 70 second % tile of all the gems, you're doing fucking good. Or we can have a conversation about what levers do we need o pull in business? Right? So we have the bench marking
