How Bad Is It Within Westminster and Whitehall?
There are bars everywhere where you can drink at subsidised rates and get smashed. Everybody is there in this kind of weird place where too much alcohol gets taken, apparently drugs allegations as well. And I guess that's a pretty heady cocktail for things going wrong. But Liz, specifically on the bullying and intimidation kind of side of things, how bad do you think that is within Westminster and Whitehall more generally? I think it's really bad. It's way more endemic and widespread than the sexual assault and sexual harassment stuff that goes on.
