How to Cope With the Stress of a Pandemic

This pandemic is unlike anything most of us have ever experienced. So what can we do practically to get through the days and weeks when life is so utterly different from normal? I asked Claudia Hammond, long-time friend of Crowd Science and presenter of BBC World Service show Health Check for her advice. One of the things to do is try to still have a routine and to try if this was how your life was before. Try to make the weekends a bit different from the weekdays and try to create something to look forward to. If you've been feeling very overwhelmed by modern life in general, maybe this is our chance to embrace rest more.
