The Importance of Failure Fast

Most startups have no clue what people actually want let alone what to build for them. The problem with fail I don't think we've had fail fast because you've had so much capital that you don't know if you're failing or not failed fast implies there is some scarcity right where you have to figure it out and otherwise the volume of capital has totally blown through fail fast.
