Is 2022 a Covid Pendemic?
We're coming out of a covid pendemic. We've seen supply chains that are significantly impaired, and we've also witnessed an increase in the price of food. In other words, prices were already high. And one other significant difference is that many of the net importing countries that in two thousand eight were able to subsidize the high price of food are completely cash strapped because much of their resources they invested in the health response to covet.
