What Are the Practical Applications of Chatbots?

Chatbots are learning, they're basically their trainings ongoing. The downside of that is someone who's malicious can basically go and train it to do something like ridiculous. I've actually seen, for example, I think you really start to see the cracks in chat PT when you start to ask it more sort of obscure questions. It sometimes just makes stuff up that kind of looks right, but is not really right. But some of the practical applications that I've used even for myself is more around being the starting point for generating something like an email or a summary.
