How Much Protein Is Too Much?

One of the biggest fears in a carnivore or a very heavy meat diet is if I eat too much meat, it will really affect my kidneys. For women's 150 pounds, 33% body fat to make the math easy, that's 100 pounds of lean mass times 0.8, that's 80 grams of protein. You want to get at least that much every day. If you're eating two or three times that much protein in a day, okay, maybe that's too much. But if you're eating whole foods, try to get 300 grams of protein in with the whole foods.
