Launcher Widget

Shortcuts widget doesn't take you to the shortcut ap. So i have gone back to using launcher, a medium style launcher widget, to trigger my short cuts from the home screen. The disadvantage of this these shortcuts, they leave the homescreen and they open the short cuts up because the launchin rawarel scheme is so bad. I just feel like there's a lot of room here to make these customizations native and part of the system, and they really should at this point.
