Elitheria, a Book About Utopia and Ativism
i loved so much about elitheria is the way that you have captured and kind of excavated the various types of rhetoric and behaviors that seem to coalesce around utopian experiments. The book really symthesizes so many different texts and experiented personal experience and field work. It's drawing on my own experience. I'm obviously a being around utopian nities in new zealanda. But then it's also bringing together, a, just scientific research on the trajectory of climate change, a kind of sociological context. And i used that as a foundation for im thinking about how these legacies of idealism and exploitation echo outward am from the point of kind of europeans arriving
