Ethereum - Is There a Higher Level of Centralization?
The protocol requires at least 32 Ether to participate in the staking process. The problem is that all these people who did not have 32 Ether joined LIDO, which now controls about 30% of all staking power on Ethereum. It's enough for somebody to have about 33, 34% of validator power to actually start messing with the network.
