The Cost of Commercialization of Drugs

I don't think I've ever seen a framework, including the black market and indigenous use that doesn't involve the transfer of money in exchange for services. There's an interesting case, actually, there's only one drug that was brought to market without a huge amount of commerce by a nonprofit. And my personal feeling is that a lot of this anger that's directed towards pharma should really be directed towards the health insurers,. because they're the people who really gouge the system the most.
