The pandemic created an all hands on deck kind of moment where even people who don't normally see themselves as the initiators of the leaders of change stepped up. The way in which technology was used, not so much for instruction, but to promote a more horizontal, open, inclusive participatory management is pretty amazing. In Vietnam, the government engaged several hundred schools and put together the entire K through 12 curriculum on many video recorded lessons that they put on a website.
